3. Scope of Services
We provide the following services:
– One-on-one coaching

Free Consultation: We offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation for potential clients.
Payment Policy: Payment for coaching packages is due upfront or as described in the payment agreement.
4. Payment & Subscription Policies
– Accepted Payment Methods: Credit Card, Stripe, and Stripe-provided payment options (i.e., Klarna, AfterPay, Amazon Pay, etc.)
– Payment Structure: Both one-time and subscription-based services are available.
– Payment Plans: Available for coaching services via our payment provider Stripe.
– Missed Payment Policy: If a client misses a payment, all coaching sessions will be put on hold until payment is received, unless other arrangements are made on a case-by-case basis.
– Late Payment Policy: Payments are due on time based on the invoice due date. If a payment is missed, a one-time 10% late fee will be added to the invoice 5 days after the missed payment.
5. Refund Policy
– If a client cancels a coaching package before all sessions have been completed, a prorated refund may be issued based on the number of unused sessions. Refunds will be calculated by deducting the full price of completed sessions (not discounted package rates) from the total paid amount.
– No refunds will be issued for any services already rendered. Refunds apply only to unused sessions as per the prorated refund calculation.
– Refund requests must be submitted in writing to zenovia@zenoviawright.com. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days and issued to the original payment method.
– All digital products, including workbooks and online courses, are final sale and non-refundable. Access to these products is provided immediately after purchase, making them ineligible for refunds or exchanges.
– Refunds beyond the standard policy may be considered in extreme circumstances, such as medical emergencies, and are granted solely at the discretion of sheworks4thepretty LLC.
6. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
– Coaching services provided by sheworks4thepretty LLC do not constitute therapy, legal advice, or financial consulting. Clients are encouraged to seek professional help for specialized advice.
– Results are not guaranteed. The success of any coaching program depends on the client’s individual effort and adherence to suggested plans.
– Liability Waiver: We are not responsible for any business or personal decisions made by clients based on coaching advice.
– Financial Liability Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, sheworks4thepretty LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to coaching services, digital products, or consulting. In no event shall the total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the services rendered.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
– All materials, including coaching content, digital courses, and website content, are the intellectual property of sheworks4thepretty LLC.
– Clients are prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or sharing coaching materials, digital products, or proprietary content without written permission.
– Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of any content, coaching materials, or digital products may result in legal action and claims for damages.
8. Client Responsibilities & Code of Conduct
– Clients are expected to show up on time, participate actively, and engage respectfully.
– We reserve the right to terminate a coaching relationship without a refund if a client is non-compliant, abusive, or disruptive.
– Coaching is a collaborative process; clients are responsible for implementing discussed strategies and insights.
9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
– All disputes related to coaching services, digital products, or contractual agreements shall be governed by the laws of Washington, DC, USA.
– Mandatory Mediation/Arbitration: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The costs of arbitration shall be split equally between both parties unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
10. Force Majeure
– sheworks4thepretty LLC shall not be held liable for any failure to perform obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, internet failures, cyberattacks, or changes in legal regulations.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
