You’ve been through things that should have broken you. The heartbreak, the illness, the job that drained you, the loss that left you questioning everything. But deep down, you know there’s more for you.
You don’t just want to survive—you want to thrive. That’s what The PrettyLife is about.
Not just getting through tough times, but reclaiming your power and creating a life that feels peaceful, fulfilling, and yours. It’s about choosing yourself every day and believing that you are still worthy of the life you desire—no matter what you’ve been through.
Where You Are Now
You wake up feeling drained before the day even starts.
You replay old conversations in your head, wondering what you could have done differently.
You scroll through your phone, searching for motivation but feeling more overwhelmed instead.
You want to move forward, but where do you even begin?
Here’s the truth:
That relationship, that illness, that job—it doesn’t define you. You do.
What It Means to Live the PrettyLife
The PrettyLife is about navigating life’s transitions with resilience, intention, and a clear strategy so you can move forward with confidence, not fear.
It’s about letting go of what no longer serves you, redefining success on your terms, and building a life that feels aligned, fulfilling, and yours.
It’s built on three core pillars:
A day in the PrettyLife feels calm, empowered, and focused.
You wake up feeling hopeful and ready for your future, knowing you have the tools to handle whatever comes next.
Your self-care is no longer an afterthought—it’s a priority, and you have a plan for managing your well-being so you can continue to thrive.
The PrettyLife isn’t just a philosophy—it’s a movement.
It carries an energy that is bold and brave, encouraging you to take up space, own your power, and step into the fullness of who you are.
And just like the deep purple that represents it, The PrettyLife is a reminder that we are royalty—strong, resilient, and worthy of a life that reflects our highest vision.
Your First Step: Forgive yourself for the choices you didn’t make before.
Prepare to move forward, knowing that you are more than your pain, illness, or loss.
You are still here, still worthy, and still capable of building the life you want.
You don’t have to figure this out alone. You’re ready for change—and I’m ready to help you make it happen.
Let’s start building your PrettyLife today.
Hey, I’m Zenovia Wright, MPH—coach, strategist, and creator of The PrettyLife, a life of peace, joy, and unstoppable belief in yourself. I help goal-oriented, independent women navigate major life transitions with clarity, confidence, and control so they can move forward with purpose. I’ve always been a planner—a woman with a vision, a strategy, and the determination to create a life I love. I earned my Bachelor’s in Biology from Howard University and my Master’s in Public Health from UNC Chapel Hill, specializing in Leadership. My career in health equity and wellness allowed me to work with diverse communities, supporting people living with HIV and strategizing ways to improve maternal-child health.
But despite all my planning, life had its own agenda. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. I made the painful decision to walk away from a dream job due to disability discrimination. I found the strength to leave an abusive relationship and reclaim my sense of self. My world shifted in ways I never saw coming, and for the first time, I felt lost. That’s when I realized: success isn’t about controlling everything—it’s about having the tools, mindset, and support to pivot when life changes. I had to redefine success on my own terms, let go of who I thought I had to be, and build a life that felt aligned, fulfilling, and mine—what I now call The PrettyLife. In 2016, I founded sheworks4thepretty LLC to help other women do the same. Through mindset work, goal-setting, and strategic systems, I help women regain their footing, take back control, and move forward with purpose—whether they’re navigating a breakup, career uncertainty, financial instability, or a chronic illness diagnosis. Because no matter what life throws your way, I believe you already have everything you need to build a life that truly works for you. Sometimes, you just need a little guidance, structure, and support—and that’s where I come in. Are you ready to stop feeling stuck and start creating a life that feels like yours again?
